Łukasz Bukaczewskimanaging partner
Łukasz Bukaczewski is an attorney-at-law and a founder of Bukaczewski Legal. He has over fifteen years of professional experience in legal advisory to the Polish and foreign investors in real estate matters, corporate matters and commercial contracts.
Łukasz Bukaczewski advises on real estate transactions and real estate development for retail, office and residential purposes. He has also extensive experience in lease agreements for retail and office space – both for the landlords and for the tenants.
Łukasz Bukaczewski has graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Warsaw University and from the postgraduate managerial studies Economics of Architecture and Space at the Real Estate University in Warsaw.
Before founding Bukaczewski Legal, Łukasz worked for nearly 10 years at international law firms: Magnusson, Lovells and Weill, Gotshal & Manges. He also worked as an in-house lawyer at Neinver Polska- a developer of a portfolio of retail malls all over Poland.
Łukasz speaks English and German.
